Ramen Noodles Stir Fry

Serves 2


  1. 140g brown rice ramen noodles
  2. 2 cups of green peas
  3. 1 cup of diced (shiitake) mushrooms
  4. 2 gloved of garlic
  5. 2 tsp minced ginger
  6. 4 tbsp of tamari(or regular soy sauce)
  7. 2 tsp of maple syrup
  8. 1tsp olive oil
  9. Salt and pepper


  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add garlic, ginger and olive oil . Sauté for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Add shiitake mushrooms and Sauté for 2 more minutes
  3. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, rinse and set aside
  4. Now add tamari, cooked ramen noodles, peas, maple syrup, salt and pepper.
  5. Combine all the ingredients. Sauté for 3 more minutes
  6. Serve on its own or with kimchi on the side 🙂
